A Clear Schedule for Every Class,

Period-by-Period Builder

For each class, section and day, add periods with a subject, teacher, start time and end time. Sections are required when a class has them, and whole-class timetables are supported too.

Teacher Picked by Subject

Choose the subject first and the teacher list narrows to teachers assigned to it, which keeps entries consistent and quick to fill.

Duplicate-Period Protection

The system rejects a second entry for the same period number on the same day, preventing accidental double entries.

Student & Parent View

Students see their own timetable in the app, and parents see the timetable for each of their children from the parent portal.

Teacher Dashboard

Teachers see today's timetable on their dashboard as soon as they log in.

Role-Based Access

Viewing, creating, editing and deleting timetables are separate permissions, so only the right staff can change the schedule.

The timetable is part of the full School Management Software, and works for coaching institutes too.

How Timetables Are Built - and What's Not Automated

Timetables are created manually by your staff - IntelCampus does not auto-generate a timetable from constraints. It also does not currently detect clashes where one teacher is booked into two classes at the same time, manage substitute teachers, or export the timetable to PDF or Excel.

School Timetable Software - Common Questions

No. Timetables are built manually, period by period, by your admin staff. The system helps with dropdowns and checks for duplicate period numbers, but it does not auto-generate a schedule.

Yes. Students see their own timetable in the student app, and parents see their child's timetable in the parent portal - one per child if they have several.

Not currently. The system rejects duplicate period numbers within a class's day, but it does not check one teacher across different classes.

Substitution management is not part of the current feature set. You can edit a period to assign a different teacher.

Create, edit and delete are restricted to admin-level roles; teachers and others can view according to their permissions.
