2. Eligibility

IntelCampus is intended for use by schools, coaching institutes, educational organizations, administrators, teachers, accountants, students, parents, and other authorized users.

By using the Service, you confirm that:

  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.

  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. School and Institution Accounts

Schools and educational institutions using IntelCampus are responsible for managing their organization account and authorized users.

The institution is responsible for:

  • Providing accurate student, parent, teacher, and staff information.

  • Creating and managing user accounts.

  • Assigning appropriate access permissions.

  • Removing access for users who are no longer authorized.

  • Ensuring that information uploaded to the platform is lawful and accurate.

  • Obtaining all necessary permissions and consents required to process personal information.

The institution is responsible for ensuring that its use of IntelCampus complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to:

  • Use IntelCampus for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose.

  • Access another user's account without authorization.

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.

  • Upload malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.

  • Interfere with the operation or security of the Service.

  • Attempt to reverse engineer, copy, modify, or reproduce the platform without permission.

  • Use automated methods to scrape or extract platform data without authorization.

  • Upload content that violates applicable laws or the rights of others.

  • Misuse examination, assessment, attendance, or academic features.

  • Use the platform to distribute spam or unauthorized promotional content.

IntelCampus reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Educational and AI Features

IntelCampus may provide AI-powered educational assistance, including AI chatbot or tutoring features.

AI-generated responses are provided for educational and informational purposes only.

Users should understand that:

  • AI-generated information may occasionally be inaccurate or incomplete.

  • AI responses should not be considered a replacement for qualified teachers or educational professionals.

  • Users should verify important information before relying on it.

  • IntelCampus does not guarantee that every AI-generated response will be accurate, complete, or suitable for a particular educational purpose.

Schools, teachers, students, and parents remain responsible for how AI-generated information is used.

7. Online Examinations and Assessments

IntelCampus may provide tools for online examinations, quizzes, subjective assessments, live exam monitoring, and related academic activities.

The institution or authorized teacher is responsible for:

  • Creating examination content.

  • Setting examination rules.

  • Reviewing student submissions.

  • Evaluating subjective answers.

  • Managing examination schedules.

  • Determining final marks and results.

IntelCampus provides technology to support examination management but does not guarantee the academic accuracy, fairness, or outcome of any examination.

Technical problems, internet connectivity issues, device failures, or other circumstances may affect an examination. The institution is responsible for deciding how such situations are handled.

8. Fees and Payments

Where paid services or subscription plans are offered, applicable fees, billing periods, taxes, and payment terms will be communicated to the customer before purchase or activation.

You agree to provide accurate billing and payment information.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments must be made according to the selected plan.

  • Subscription fees may be subject to applicable taxes.

  • Failure to complete payment may result in suspension or limitation of access.

  • Any refund will be governed by the applicable refund or cancellation policy.

9. Free Trial

You or the institution retain ownership of content that you have the legal right to own.

By submitting content to IntelCampus, you grant IntelCampus the limited rights necessary to host, store, process, display, and provide the Service to authorized users.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use such content.

12. Data Privacy and Security

IntelCampus may collect and process information required to provide and improve its services.

This may include account information, institution information, student and parent information, academic records, attendance information, payment-related information, device information, and technical data, depending on how the Service is used.

Users and institutions are responsible for maintaining appropriate account security and access controls.
